DIGITAL MARKETING · UNITED STATES
Digital Marketing for American Businesses
Mediaforce has been building search and advertising programs since 1996. We work with U.S. companies the same way we work with our largest accounts: strategy first, tracking before spend, and reporting that ties every dollar to booked revenue.
We are a Canadian-headquartered agency with a New York office, and we serve clients across the United States remotely. That structure is deliberate. It keeps senior strategists on your account instead of a rotating junior team, and it means the people who design your campaign are the same people who run it.
Most agencies sell channels. We start with the arithmetic of your business: what a customer is worth, how long your sales cycle runs, what a qualified lead actually costs in your market, and which channel can reach that number. If paid search cannot get there, we will say so before you spend, not after.
Below you will find how we work with U.S. companies, the services we run, the industries we know well, and the metro markets where we actively take on new clients.
What We Do for U.S. Clients
Five disciplines, run as one program. Most clients start with one or two and add the rest as the numbers justify it. We do not bundle services you do not need.
SEO & AEO (AI Search Optimization)
Technical SEO, content strategy, and the entity and structured-data work that decides whether an AI assistant can cite you. Search now has two audiences: the ranking algorithm and the answer engine that summarizes results. We optimize for both.
For multi-location and multi-state businesses this includes location architecture, internal linking, and the crawl and indexation work that stops your own pages from competing with each other. See our SEO and AEO services.
Google Ads & PPC Management
High-intent search, Performance Max, remarketing and Local Services Ads, built around conversion tracking that records real outcomes rather than form loads. We audit tracking before we touch a bid, because campaign data is only as good as the events feeding it.
Waste elimination comes first: search-term hygiene, geographic and device segmentation, and dayparting. See our Google Ads management.
Paid Social Advertising
Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok, matched to how your buyers actually make decisions. LinkedIn for considered B2B purchases with long cycles; Meta and YouTube for consumer demand and retargeting; TikTok where the audience genuinely lives there.
We build creative in variations and let spend follow evidence. See our social media marketing services.
Website Design & Conversion Optimization
Traffic you already pay for is the cheapest traffic to improve. We rebuild the paths that matter (page speed, mobile behavior, forms, click-to-call, booking flows) and test against conversion rate rather than opinion.
A site that converts at 4% instead of 2% halves your effective cost per lead without adding a dollar of media. See our website design and CRO services.
AI Marketing & Automation
AI chatbots, AI phone answering, CRM integration and automated follow-up, so leads get a response in minutes instead of hours. Speed to lead is one of the few variables that reliably moves close rates, and most companies lose deals in the gap between enquiry and first contact.
We also handle AI search visibility, the work that determines whether you appear in generated answers. See our AI marketing services.
How We Work With Companies Across the United States
We are transparent about structure because it affects what you get. Mediaforce is headquartered in Canada and maintains an office in New York. Clients in other U.S. metros work with us remotely, and in practice that changes very little about how the work runs.
Who you actually work with
You work with senior strategists directly. There is no account-management layer translating your business to a delivery team, which is usually where context and urgency get lost.
Reporting and access
You get live dashboards, a monthly report written by the person running your account, and a standing call. Every lead is traceable to a campaign, keyword or asset. You keep ownership of every ad account, analytics property and domain we touch, without exception.
How campaigns are localized
Geographic targeting, market-specific keyword research, competitor analysis in your metro, and landing pages written for how buyers in your market search. Local relevance is built into the campaign; it does not require a local desk.
Where physical presence genuinely matters (Google Business Profile management, review generation, service-area definition), we manage it remotely, which is standard practice for local SEO.
What we ask of you
A single decision-maker, access to your numbers, and honest answers about what a customer is worth. Programs stall when an agency is guessing at close rates and margins.
Industries We Serve in the United States
Thirty years of accounts means we usually know your funnel before the first call.
We work across local services, healthcare and medical clinics, construction and trades, home services, B2B and manufacturing, dental practices, legal, accounting and professional services, automotive, restaurants and hospitality, fitness and wellness, med spa and aesthetics, financial services and insurance, education, retail, non-profits, e-commerce, SaaS and technology, and real estate.
That breadth matters less than depth in your category. What transfers between clients is pattern recognition: which keywords waste money in home services, why dental and med spa campaigns need different creative, how long a manufacturing RFQ takes to close, and what a qualified lead should cost before the model stops working. Frequently Asked Questions
Does Mediaforce work with companies based in the United States?
Yes. We work with U.S. clients across the country. Mediaforce is headquartered in Canada and maintains an office in New York; clients in other metros work with us remotely, with senior strategists on the account and full ownership of every ad and analytics account we touch.
Does Mediaforce have offices in every city listed on this page?
No. Our U.S. office is in New York. The other city pages are service-area markets. We serve businesses in those metros remotely. We think it is worth being direct about this, because many agencies imply a local presence they do not have.
How much should a business spend on digital marketing?
It depends on what a customer is worth and how fast you want to grow, not on a percentage rule. The useful starting point is your target cost per acquisition: if a customer is worth $3,000 over their lifetime and you close one in four qualified leads, you can afford roughly $750 per lead before margin erodes. We build budget up from that number rather than down from a fixed percentage.
Should we invest in SEO or Google Ads first?
If you need leads this quarter, start with Google Ads: it buys visibility immediately and tells you within weeks which terms actually convert. If you are building an asset that compounds and reduces cost per lead over time, start with SEO. Most clients eventually run both, using paid search data to decide which organic terms are worth pursuing.
How is AEO different from traditional SEO?
Traditional SEO earns a ranking; answer engine optimization earns a citation. AI assistants synthesize an answer and name a few sources rather than returning ten links. That rewards clearly structured content, unambiguous entity signals, factual and current information, and direct answers to real questions. The technical foundation overlaps with SEO, but the target output is different.
How does Mediaforce measure performance?
By qualified leads and revenue, not impressions or rankings in isolation. We configure conversion tracking before campaigns launch, connect it to your CRM where possible, and report cost per qualified lead by channel. Rankings and traffic are diagnostics we use to explain movement, not the scoreboard.
How long before we see results?
Paid search can produce leads in the first two weeks, though it usually takes 60 to 90 days of optimization to reach a stable cost per acquisition. SEO typically shows movement in three to four months and meaningful results in six to twelve, depending on competition and your site’s current authority. We will not promise a ranking or a date, because nobody can control the algorithm.
